Perfect passion, awkwardly

I stumbled on your marble stair

and bled of my devotion.

 

Perfect stumble,humbly

I scraped this losing faith

into these knees

that stung upon the promise.

 

And though I fall,

the path pulls me to it

so I'll crawl upon my love

slowly sensing its smoothness.
